Everytime we choose to stay in Ibis Mumbai Airport. However, the experience has always been poor in terms of guest services. The staff at front desk needs a lot of training. Being a hotelier myself I understand that early check in is always subject to availability but the team at front desk makes sure they do not handover the room keys before 14:00hrs which is the hotel standard check in time. The most disappointing experience was when the lady at front desk asked me to wait for the room and I had to request her to handover the registration card so that I could complete the formalities. I even handed over my card so that the room + taxes could be secured. She insisted me to wait and mentioned that once the room is ready then I can come to the desk and do the check in formalities. Like really????? Is this what we do at the front desk???? Highly disappointed.

Firstly I would like to thankyou ibis hotel for providing me an excellent service for my recent stay . Each and every person starting from the entrance gate till housekeeping is very helpful and cooperative. I would like to especially mention the name of Mr.Shabbir who is very humble and customer oriented would like to visit this place again and again.A happy customer.

Excellent service by mayur Francis Ritika Santosh good bond in them very much co operative staff thank you very much for great service also I ll mention special thanks to chef Sameer and chef Dilip for making tasty food for me bindi masala paneer chettinad and butter phulka to yummy and mouth watery food thank you very much for the wonderful service I ll always recommend ibis to my every family memeber.

Excellent property for a business trip with good hospitality and breakfast restaurant. Mr Shabbir, Mayur , Rutika and Rani are Excellent at restaurant and chefs also do costomised food. Good ambiance at Music bar . Overall Good stay and visit frequently.

I was a pleasant stay at ibis mumbai happy with the service.

Today I was staying in ibis the Fnb staff mayur dilip and Santosh is awesome I requested them for gulab jamun as it was not available in the buffet they prepared it and given me as per my request that shows how much proactive they are and Customer service experiences are excellent. Thank you ibis mumbai and all the staff.
